A couple of weeks ago I received a parcel from children’s clothing brand La Fabrique de Rilou, a French brand.
It wasn’t just nicely wrapped (stars & lollipop), no. We liked the ‘Blouse Luce‘ as well! A beautiful grey blouse with a checked print. Easy to put on thanks to the buttons on the shoulders. All with all a very nice blouse for coming winter that’s easy to combine with other clothes. I’ve combined it with a simple jeans (Replay) and grey clarks that Alexander picked up on a brocante!
Aurélie Garroy, the founder of la Fabrique de Rilou (2012), designs clothes for boys and girls in size 0-6 years old. Clothes and timeless accessories in simple and comfortable cuts, sometimes with a retro touch embellished with a bit of humor and dotted with poetry. I think the clothes are quite petite so if you hesitate about the size, order the next size up.
All the clothes are designed and made in France, in limited series or unique pieces. Mostly with natural materials. This season you see a lot of neutral colours such as anthracite and grey combined with red gingham or floral pink.
