MK2 and Omnivore have created quite an event by setting up the largest Food Court in Paris in the Grand Palais, and inviting Nouveau Palais, the most popular diner in Montreal, to do the cooking!
Chef Gita Seaton will set up her 500 seat “diner” in the middle of the Palais so you can discover the best of what North American cuisine has to offer. A classic cheeseburger of course, but also specialties like marinated “Humbolt” calamari, spinach nachos and revamped macaroni and cheese. Every weekend there’s an authentic breakfast, and every day, the best cheesecake that Omnivore has ever had!
They are tearing her away from the oven to do Colette’s cooklette apron too and and teach your sweetheart the secrets of her homemade cookies. Enjoy!
