Young children often eat irregularly and like to eat in between meals (adults, too). Some time ago my American friend Kate shared this recipe with me, something I find very delicious as finger food: Ants on a log (ants on the tree trunk).
The preparation is very simple: cut the celery into three parts, fill it with peanut butter and put cranberries on top. A healthy and nutritious snack is ready to be eaten! You can also use raisins instead of the cranberries. And if you’re not a big fan of peanut butter, use cream cheese.
Bon appetit!
