It’s never too early to start planning your children’s Summer wardrobe, so when Elsy debuted its SS16 lookbook, we were ready to dive right in.
From playtime to parties and toddlers to teens, see what Elsy has in store for girl this season.
Founded by Elsy Rattazzi, Elsy is the story of a family passion and a realisation of a childhood dream: to design and tailor little girl’s clothes. Inspirations often come from what surrounds them, the colours, the flavours, the smells, but it’s the attention to detail coupled with carefully selected materials, an aesthetic sobriety with sure emotive impact that are the trademarks of Elsy.
There’s 3 different themes this summer. “Pois sartorial”, the retrò effect, “Flower power”, where flowers bloom on iconically styled dresses, and “Between the lines” were the stripe stand centre stage.
The shoot is chock-full of relaxed, floaty pieces that are just demanding to be worn outdoors. From long skirts to lightweight dresses, these are the easy mix-and-match pieces perfect for summer wardrobes.
