AQUARIUM DE PARIS

Situated on Avenue Albert de Mun close to the Trocadéro and overlooking the Eiffel Tower is this fantastic aquarium, Aquarium de Paris. Aside from seeing all the different types of sea creatures, including sharks, your kids can even touch and feel Koi fish. In addition, the aquarium plays 3D movies and other documentaries on marine life.

Last week-end Katrin and her family got the chance to visit the Aquarium de Paris and it certainly was an amazing and beautiful experience for the whole family !

At the Aquarium de Paris your kids can participate in several fun workshops that are free of access and no reservation in advance is required. L’aquarium de Paris also offers different shows for all ages. This time we did not have the chance to see any show or try any workshop as there were none programmed during the day we visited. If you are planning to visit the Aquarium and would like to see one of the shows or try a workshop for the kids, you can always check out their site for the schedule of the shows and workshops in advance.

Even though we missed out on those animations, we were all very satisfied and happy with the visit as there are so many beautiful fishes and amazing underwater scenes to discover. We also got to learn a lot about the 10000 fish and 25 sharks. Sven and Nils absolute favorite part was when they got to feed and touch the Koï carps in the fresh water tank.

If you have the chance to visit Aquarium de Paris in September, there is a fun Playmobil exibition going on. Playmobil is actually celebrating it’s 40 years anniversary at l’Aquarium de Paris. Your little Playmobil fans will for sure love this fun exhibition that you can find spread here and there in Aquarium de Paris at the moment.
