With our big move just around the corner, we’re really involving Alexander in how his new room should look. Kids rooms can often be the trickiest in the house to style. First, kids are messy. No matter how tidy you get their room, things get thrown around again in a few hours, if not minutes. Secondly kids have a lot of stuff. Then, there is the fact that your kid is growing day by day which means the style and functionality of the room needs to grow too which can prove costly. Not to mention finding that balance between their style and your own!
Decorating a kids’ room doesn’t mean you have to scrimp on style though. In fact, it opens up a whole new world of exciting design possibilities, even for small room ideas. It’s the perfect excuse to be as bold, brave or magical as you want. Whether it’s a girls’ room, a boys’ bedroom or nursery.
So today we’d like to introduce you to Rose in April.
The story of Rose in April is one that centers itself around family, a brand that reflects the creators joyous feel and beautiful optimism of the sisters behind it! After working almost 15 years in textile distribution, Elodie decided it was time to venture out on her own which saw the creation the brand in 2012, shortly after the birth of her daughter Rose. But, why April? Because April is her dog and for those who know, Rose and April, it is a magical story…! Then in 2015, while she was enjoying the adventure of creating Rose in April, Elodie was feeling a little lonely in her pursuit, and so, she asked her sister Eugenie to join her. With her background in the textile industry she was the perfect fit and it was the perfect timing.
The line includes essential decoration accessories such as cushions, shelves, lamps and bedding.
