The designer behind La Princesse au Petit Pois, Alexandra Darcissac, has a clear understanding not only what parents would like to see their children dressed in but also what the children would be happy to wear.
The La princesse au Petit Pois SS17 collection has delightful relaxed feel about it, with loose fit garments in natural fabrics such as linen. The colour palette is a mix of neutral shades, with some garments featuring slightly brighter colours as a breath of fresh air.
I can see this collection being not only comfortable but formal enough to wear for an evening meal or to the Summer party.
